David and Sharronda Allen are Board Certified Behavior Analysts specializing in servicing children with intense maladaptive behaviors. Both hold their Master’s degree in Human Behavior from National University. Since 1999 they have held roles as a Clinical Director, Clinical Case Supervisor, Special Education Teacher, or Senior Therapist providing behavioral and educational treatment for children with autism.

The Allens have used her knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis to create alternative functional programs, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and implement effective educational and behavior programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Their goal is to educate parents, caregivers and teachers on powerful and effective ways to teach meaningful skills to children with autism in order to enhance each child’s quality of life.​​
