L.E.T.S. Grow was founded with the guiding principle that they have in their personal life, family first. The Allens believe that they are able to make the greatest impact when families’ needs are treated in a dynamic fashion and on an individual basis. Therefore, services are tailored to meet the needs of each specific child and member of his or her family.
